This nine-foot-long painting on hemp was commissioned by a grandson in memory of his great grandfather, Wang Wan Yin. It is Taoist in nature. Calligraphy across the top of the painting honors the ancestor as "Official of Heaven." The inscription down the the right side reads "Respectfully dedicated by an unworthy grandson in memory of his great grandfather Wang Wan Yin."
